Protection Level

All indoor AHU panels are available with IP54 protection, while outdoor panels are offered with IP65 or higher protection. Panels are fabricated using CRCA sheets with powder coating and a 7-tank surface treatment process for long-lasting durability.

Structure

AHU Control Panels are designed with metal-clad, fully enclosed, floor-mounted, air-insulated cubical construction. These panels are suitable for operation on three-phase 415V or single-phase 230V systems at 50 Hz frequency and are built to withstand high ambient temperatures, humidity, and dusty industrial conditions.

Our AHU panels undergo complete surface treatment including degreasing, derusting, phosphating, and powder coating through a 7-tank process. Advanced PLC-based automation, HMI interface options, and BMS/SCADA integration are available for intelligent control and monitoring of HVAC systems.
